1. What we use cookies (and local storage) for

Eversby keeps cookies and browser storage to an absolute minimum. We only use what’s strictly necessary to make the app work.

Essential — always on

• Login session — when you sign in, we store an authentication token in your browser’s local storage so you stay logged in across pages.
• Preference state — small UI preferences (e.g. which dashboard view you last used) may be stored locally.
• Payment redirect — Stripe may set its own cookies while you complete checkout on its hosted page.

We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking across other websites, or behavioural profiling.

2. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how Eversby is used (for example: how many people opened the dashboard this week). Where such analytics involve cookies that aren’t strictly necessary, we’ll ask for your consent first.

3. Controlling cookies

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time using your browser’s settings. Removing the login token will simply sign you out of Eversby.

4. Your data, in plain English

• We store the information you enter into Eversby (your wedding details, guest list, vows, etc.) so we can show it back to you and to your partner where appropriate.
• Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
• You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@soulsynclove.com.
