Terms & Conditions

Please note: This is a starting template and not legal advice — please have it reviewed by a solicitor before relying on it.

1. About Eversby

Eversby is a wedding-planning web application operated by SoulSyncLove (“SoulSyncLove”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Eversby, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Eversby account. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. A wedding workspace can have up to two partner logins, each with their own email/password (or Google) sign-in.

3. One-off payment & access

Eversby is offered for a one-off payment of £47 per wedding workspace. This payment unlocks the full planner for that wedding and for both partner logins associated with it — neither partner pays twice.

Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Once paid, your wedding workspace remains accessible up to and through your wedding day, subject to these terms.

4. No refunds — all sales final

Because Eversby is a digital product and access is granted immediately on payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access to the full planner and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If something has gone wrong technically and you can’t access what you paid for, please email hello@soulsynclove.com and we’ll put it right.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all the content you add to Eversby (guest lists, photos, vows, website copy and so on). You grant us a limited licence to host, store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You agree not to upload anything unlawful, infringing, abusive, or which contains other people’s personal data you do not have a lawful basis to share with us.

6. Public pages you publish

If you publish a wedding website, digital invite or call-sheet share link, the content you choose to publish becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Eversby available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, update features, or temporarily restrict access for security or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with Eversby is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

9. Termination

You can stop using Eversby at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing hello@soulsynclove.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
